Statistics of the first quarter of 2018 show that customs revenue collection is on the rise. During the first three months of 2018, the customs department under the Ministry of Finance collected FCFA 187 billion up from FCFA 179.5 billion same period last year indicating an increase of FCFA 8 billion.
