“Our Approach Meets A Real Need”

What assessment do you make a few years after establishing your struc ture? Our journey since 2023 has been very rewarding despite initial obstacles. Over the years, we have evolved from a simple coaching establishment into a structured agro-processing enterprise. That explains the name Best Living Food and Consulting SARL. We have received several distinctions, notably the 1st Agro-food Prize at the 2025 edition of the Centre regional annual crafts fair (SARAC 2025), the Scientific Research Innovation Prize at GSI Centre 2025, as well as the premier Interna tional Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Regional Innovation Award granted by the Ministry of Scientific research and innovation. We have also forged solid insti tutional partnerships with Francophonie University Agency (AUF) and Hilton, providing 100% Made in Ca meroon coffee breaks. These achievements prove that our approach meets a real need for health, quality, food suffi ciency, local transformation and sustainable development. What difficulties do you encounter and how do you overcome them? Our biggest challenge lies in obtaining professional packa ging adapted to the require ments of mass distribution. Additionally, in the beginning, consumers were reluctant to consume sugar-free or locally made products. To overco me this, I underwent training with the National Association of Tropical Nutritionists and Dieticians to refine my recipes and educate our clientele.
